| Events This web page is dedicated to advertising Quaker related historical events across Canada. Meetings and other groups are invited to contact us to have their event included. The Conference of Quaker Historians and Archivists The 19th biennial conference of the Conference of Quaker Historians and Archivists will be held at Pickering College, Newmarket, Ontario on June 22-24, 2012. Proposals for papers are being accepted in this Call for Papers. The 2011 AGM and Conference The AGM was held Saturday, September 17 at the University of Waterloo and it was a great success. The AGM was held in the morning followed by the Conference of Historic Peace Churches in the afternnon. The keynote speaker was Laureen Harder-Gissing archivist/librarian Mennonite Archives of Ontario and Conrad Grebel University College Library at the historic Detweiler Meetinghouse. There will be a report in an upcoming edition of the newsltter, Meeting House. Past Events |
